Easy-to-clean, anti-fogging, anti-stain, and anti-microbial features are available for all kinds of glass and ceramics, including coated base materials. Our plasma processes are performed at ambient temperature, enabling low-cost deposition for architectural (greenhouse, building) and optical glasses, as well as sanitary and kitchen equipment.
Certain substrates may require a coating application on two sides. For example, mirrored surfaces can be coated with our anti-fogging system on the front side, while the reverse receives a transparent nano-textured thin coating to provide active corrosion protection with tailored efficiency. Substrates with microscopic surface defects can be improved and their defects minimized by our unique coating process.
